Downgraded the car without reason, staff was inflexible, and waiting time exceeded 2 hours

When returning the car, I wanted to ask about paying online for using the highway, but the staff didn't respond and were unwilling to help.

The desk staff had a very poor attitude.

全般的に満足です。ただ、pick up の際、手続き後に口頭で別のフロアで名前が呼ばれるとのことでしたが、その場で書類をなにも貰わなかったため、待たされた際に手続きが正常に行われているか心配で、配車スタッフに進行状況を尋ねる必要がありました。結局、問題ありませんでしたが。

初めて利用しましたが、つつがなく旅をすることができました。また使いたいと思います。

Thrifty didn’t have a hybrid car when I came for pick up. They offered a full size car. I don’t want to wait any longer due to long flight plus time zone difference. The receipt shows a few dollars more than the reservation. I am okay with it. The car is in good condition and very clean. However, when I returned the car, I got a receipt that charged double the reservation amount. The per day rate went up to $45 instead of $30 at reservation. I was in rush catching up the flight, that had no time to argue with Thrift. Very annoyed.
