The car I received was just a so-called similar model, definitely not an Infiniti! The waiting time at Thrifty Car Rental in the US for processing the return is counted as delayed return. I booked a sedan but was strongly pushed to upgrade. When I resisted, they gave me a hatchback, claiming that the model I booked was unavailable. I ended up with a Ford Focus hatchback, only to see the model I had booked right next to it in the parking garage.
