The pickup location I chose was 200 meters from the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and they had pre-copied the route map for picking up the car, so it was easy to find the vehicle.
There weren't many people in the morning, but each transaction takes some time. It's recommended to arrive half an hour early. The process is simple and efficient.
The car pickup and return process was quick and efficient, which was great. However, the staff left promptly at closing time, so some minor issues were unresolved. Later, coordination was handled through QEEQ.
The car rental company's service is quite good. When I arrived at the store, the reserved car was unavailable and I had to wait for the platform's customer service to handle the situation.
Great value, great car. Staff inflexible with office hours. Would have been nice to know closing times a little earlier.
