We went to pick up the car at noon, and the receptionist spoke Chinese. She told us that the car we booked was not available and that there were only two Korean cars left in the same class, which were of lower quality. She suggested that we upgrade to a new 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE350 by paying an extra $25. It was quite frustrating, but we had no choice. We ended up paying an additional $175 for 7 days. It felt somewhat like a scam because it’s unlikely you'll get the car you actually booked.

Since we picked up the car at 9 PM, there were fewer people, and we didn't have to wait in line. They only asked if we needed GPS because we had full insurance, and then it was done.

Well, overall I'm satisfied, but they persuaded me to buy an extra $200 worth of insurance. The one I originally booked on the website was only around $500, but I ended up paying an additional $300. I should have researched this more beforehand.
