The staff were pretty nice and enthusiastic. However, they did mention the need to buy insurance at the store, which might be due to different understandings of the two insurance models. Originally, I wanted to rent a touring car, but they gave me a Lynk & Co.

The staff had a poor attitude and looked displeased, like we owed them money. The wait time for the car was long. Only the store in Spain was like this.

Extremely poor attitude. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this rental company. I reserved a Volvo XC40, but received a damaged Citroen instead, which shocked me. The staff also messed up my email, preventing me from receiving any electronic documents. Repeated reminders to correct it were futile. Avoid at all costs.
