When returning the car, there was only one person on duty at the company, so customers had to return the car themselves. The navigation address was inaccurate, and it took a long time to find the correct location. Although they upgraded us to a Camry, there were only two of us, and we didn't need it. Moreover, the Camry was a low-end model without a reversing radar, had a lot of noise, and consumed more fuel than the car we originally booked.
