The staff at the airport parking lot were quite friendly, the queue was orderly, and the car handover process was clearly explained. However, the return process was disappointing—the staff were arrogant and unclear, felt like pulling teeth. Definitely not service-oriented!

We picked up the car three hours early, the rental company was very accommodating and quickly arranged it for us.

Picking up and dropping off the car were very convenient. Since it was a one-way rental, the fees were quite high. The return was at a relatively remote airport. We parked the car in the parking lot, and the staff automatically came to us. The service was good.

Refunding the deposit was extremely frustrating; they charged a preauthorization on the credit card and then claimed they couldn't cancel it. They insisted on resolving it via bank transfer without explaining the transfer fees and exchange rates, among other costs.

The company is very good. The staff at the rental company have a great attitude. The procedures were completed quickly and I went to pick up the car.
