“Great experience, bad drop-off.”

Car was in a very good condition and didn't have any damages. We did have to wait a very long time at the Europcar counter to get our keys. They should have also mentioned that the drop off location had changed.

Was easy to find the type of car we wanted and for the dates booked. Customer Support was helpful in figuring out the new location of drop off.

“Car Hire is a tricky business”

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.
