Picking up the car was convenient, but we got a Nissan instead of the booked Mercedes. The Munich airport branch was hard to find; the GPS was not accurate. We nearly missed our flight while trying to get the correct coordinates with someone's help.
The website categorizes station wagons and sedans as different bookings. I booked a station wagon, but only sedans were available when I picked up the car. What's the point of making a reservation then?
Counter staff were professional and helpful. Brand new car, nice and clean, with a very high spec included. Pick up and drop off quick and easy. Very good price for the rental. Would definitely recommend.
