The pickup and return process was straightforward and efficient.

It was pouring rain on the day of pickup, but luckily the rental location was nearby. The car I originally booked was unavailable, so they first switched me to a VW Tiguan with automatic transmission. In the country, these coincidences don't often happen, so I firmly requested a change. They then gave me an Audi A4 station wagon with S-line trim and a manual diesel engine, and I let it go.

The car rental location at Munich Airport was easy to find, and the staff were professional. There was no upselling, and I even got a free upgrade on the car model, which left a good impression. The drop-off location near Munich Central Station was less impressive, mainly because there was no staff present during business hours. The office was locked, so I had to use the self-service option, which delayed me for nearly an hour while communicating with QEEQ customer service to find a parking spot.
