When returning the car, the staff said they didn't know if the other location had provided it, and planned to charge me for it as a loss. Overall, the car was in good condition, relatively new, but there were quite a few hidden charges. Make sure your English is fluent and be vigilant, or you could lose a few hundred pounds.
