Pick-up Instructions

On arrival, please make your way to Platform 2 where you will find our office located in between Caffe Nero and Lost Luggage. After finishing the documents, please follow this direction to pick up your vehicle: 1. Exit the Counter and Turn Right: - Walk straight ahead until you reach the escalator. - Take the escalator up, turn left, and you will see another escalator. - Take the second escalator up to the footbridge. 2. Continue Straight on the Footbridge: - Follow the "Taxi" signage on the left-hand side. 3. Take the Exit on the Left by the Stairs (with 'Taxi' Signage): - This exit leads you to the outdoor car park. 4. Walk Along the Railway: - Continue walking towards the "Car Rental" signage located at the back of the outdoor parking area. 5. Take the Lift to Level -2: - Upon exiting the lift, turn right, and you will find the Enterprise branch.

Drop-off Instructions

Return to the NEW STREET CAR PARK, LEVEL -2. Please park the vehicle in the Alamo designated return parking spaces. Return the keys to the drop-box at the rental counter. Customers who collect a vehicle from the UK mainland and wish to drive within mainland Europe are required to purchase European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage provides the customers with our written consent (VE103B form) to drive the vehicle in the countries stated below and to access 24/7 international breakdown cover through the AA. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the UK mainland with the vehicle and require our authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch with no less than 72 hours’ notice prior to collecting the vehicle to arrange their European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage is only available to customers paying with a credit card and the vehicle must only be used in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, UK. This includes the destination and any countries customers might travel through. Premium, Luxury and Executive vehicles are excluded from the European Travel Coverage product and are therefore not allowed to leave the country. The charge for European Travel Coverage is £300.00 per rental for all cross border travels. Customers renting from Northern Ireland wishing to cross the border into the Republic of Ireland will only be charged £25.53

The pick-up process was very simple, and I was very satisfied with the car. Drove on Sky Island for 7 days without any issues. It was a diesel car, but the tank wasn't full at the start; fortunately, the fuel level was the same upon return as it was during pick-up. The address provided by the rental company was incorrect. They are located on B2, but the information given was for the 2nd floor, causing us to waste time and effort with our luggage.

They handed me the car without a full tank, saying there was no time, and that it would be adjusted for the current fuel level. When I returned the car, they tried to charge me for a full tank, but I caught them and they removed the fee. Also, there was no luggage cover for the trunk when I picked up the car, and I wasn't aware it was supposed to have one. When returning the car, the staff said they didn't know if the other location had provided it, and planned to charge me for it as a loss. Overall, the car was in good condition, relatively new, but there were quite a few hidden charges. Make sure your English is fluent and be vigilant, or you could lose a few hundred pounds.
