Highly efficient, the whole process was very quick

The wait time was a bit long, but the staff was persuaded to upgrade our Kia to an Enclave.

There were many people at the counter when I picked up the car. I tried to use the self-service option, but it failed. Later, the counter staff told me that international rentals can only be processed at the counter, which caused a longer wait time, but overall it was okay.

Like: No surprises...got exactly what I reserved and for the price promised
Dislike: The upsell....would of loved to upgrade to a higher class however upgrade pricing were very far fetched....cost more to upgrade 1 class than the total cost of my 2 week rental!
