The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.

“trouble free and affordable”

The car was a bit of a up grade which was unexpected but good. Staff were courteous and help full. Still waiting on my deposit return but I am sure it will come as vehicle returned in same condition as picked up and tolls or traffic infringements

It was ok. Was a little troublesome getting to the location off the airport, especially for travellers, but overall was not too bad. One comment though, the car came with an empty tank. That was a little stressful at the start.
