Chinese company - the process is more complicated and time-consuming compared to large rental companies. Service attitude needs improvement. Overall, would not recommend.

Response time is extremely slow. Problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Each query takes several hours for a reply. The staff at pickup and drop-off were mediocre in attitude. They did not explain the car's features. I rented the car for over ten days without music; only on the last day did I hear back about returning the car a day early without a refund. If I were to rate them, it would barely pass with a 60.
