Picking up the car at Orlando Airport was very convenient. After completing the paperwork, you can go to the parking garage across the street and pick up the car, with the key already inside. Returning the car in Key West was also easy. Since I had an early flight, the office wasn't open yet, so I parked the car on the first level and put the key in a black drop box. Overall, it was very convenient.
Because I had no prior experience, I did not rent or purchase a SUN PASS card. I drove through a SUN PASS lane and expect to receive a toll fine, but I have not yet received any notification.
The rental was not booked as the required pick up/drop off times. As we were delayed with several days notice none of the phone numbers provided were operational. Phoned all, each time recieved message "the phone number dialed is not an operational number" so unable to extend

Requested pick up drop off times were ignored therefore I paid for 5 hrs of rental prior to being in the usa, and had to drop off the car 7.5 hrs prior to our departure depriving us of a day's activities
Like: car good, hotel good, weather good, flight sucked. Dislike: flight sucked!!!!!!!!
