Excellent service! Since I often rent cars from EUROPCAR, I was given priority service after queuing. As it's a European Union-wide chain, my personal rental information was recognized immediately. The whole car rental process took less than five minutes. The car handover was quick, and the return inspection was very efficient too. During the recent Olympic period, the car's GPS provided real-time navigation information, which was fantastic. I rented a Hyundai, but due to unavailability, I was upgraded to an Audi that had only 2,000 kilometers on it.
The provided car did not match the one I reserved. The description mentioned it could fit three suitcases, but it could only fit one 24-inch and one 20-inch suitcase. They kept trying to upsell me on a car upgrade and insurance. The car had many scratches on the driver's door.
