A very professional chain rental company with dedicated parking spaces at major airports. From picking up the car to returning it, everything was very convenient! Couldn't rent the car. Upon arrival, Budget said we hadn't paid the deposit. I had clearly paid 100 yuan on Taobao. They gave me a different and more expensive price.

Request for child seats not passed to Budget from Easyrentcars. No seats were available at location because it was high season. We needed to purchase seats from a competitor hire company at a cost of 2.5x quoted by easyrentcars eating into our spending budget for the holiday.

“The signage for the car rental is not visible at international terminal”

Please put a signage at the international arrival terminal as your location is at domestic, we wasted more than 30 mins at the international terminal to look for your booth, finally, we only found out that, your booth is at domestic terminal.
