The service was excellent. They clearly explained all the issues with the car, and the pickup document was very well marked. All questions were answered patiently, no waiting, quick pickup.
They promised a new car, but I got one with 23,000 kilometers on it and visible collision damage. The rear bumper was almost falling off, and there were mold stains on the interior roof. It was a very bad experience, possibly the worst I've had with a rental car. The condition was worse than those in my own country. Very disappointing. See photos.
VERY GOOD customer service. The counter staff were extremely helpful. We had a bit of a trouble finding the drop off location on Google maps and went to the wrong place. The counter staff ran to the place where we stopped the car to help us avoid fine for illegal parking..
