They keep pushing insurance. It's really annoying, they push it a lot when you pick up the car. If you don't buy it, they get rude instantly.

The provided car did not match the one I reserved. The description mentioned it could fit three suitcases, but it could only fit one 24-inch and one 20-inch suitcase. They kept trying to upsell me on a car upgrade and insurance. The car had many scratches on the driver's door.

At the counter, we repeatedly reminded them that we had already purchased insurance domestically and didn't need any additional insurance. However, taking advantage of our language barrier, they still added over 500 euros worth of insurance. This is blatant insurance fraud!!! Please, Zuzuche, contact the car rental company and get us a fair resolution!!!
