Overall satisfactory, but there are a few issues: 1. The rental fee and deposit are priced in euros, but the credit card was charged in dollars, increasing user costs. Although it's not much money, it's quite unpleasant. 2. After signing the paperwork, the car was supposed to be in the lot, but the lot staff said it wasn't there. We had to argue and wait for nearly an hour. Very dissatisfied. 3. After returning the car, I received an email about a charge for a traffic violation, but it did not specify the time, location, nature of the violation, or how it was handled. Frustrating.

Took about 20 minutes to collect, but that's about normal. Staff pleasant, didn't try and hard sell and the car we were given was brand new. Drop off was easy and seamless. Overall fantastic.
