Good service, new car, and reasonable price!

The charges after returning the car were too high, I don't understand why.

At the store, they tried to sell me insurances and drop-off fees that I had already bought. Felt cheated.

The car rental counter staff told me that LIS insurance is required by California law, claiming it's mandatory. Who would dare to break the law? They are deceiving customers! Don't fall for it! Don't expect the car rental company to help you get justice... I won't use this service again!

I rented a SUBURBAN but got a GMC, both large American SUVs. The cars were new and fully equipped. Unfortunately, no one was there to show me the features when I picked up the car, so I had to figure everything out myself. Some functions might remain unclear. The return staff were not very friendly or proactive.
