This car rental company is terrible. Avoid it!!! The car had no engine oil when I first drove it. The deposit was charged directly instead of being held.
We had to wait three hours to get the car. The reserved Volkswagen Multivan was unavailable, but they upgraded us to a Mercedes Vito for free, and included three complimentary services: half a tank of fuel, no charge for a second driver, and no extra cost for driving outside of Germany. The Italian guy at the front desk was really patient and helpful. Kudos to him! I'll look for you next time! :)
Counter at terminal 1 was not crowded during this time of the year and easy to find
The car was new VW TAIGO Medium SUV as expected.
The staff at the counter was nice paper less.
