Quite convenient

Upon arriving in Christchurch, we immediately called the rental company, and shortly after, a car with the company's logo came to pick us up. We were attended to by a girl from Taiwan. She was beautiful, enthusiastic, and generously helped us fill out the forms. She provided us with many suggestions and assistance. She was professional, helpful, and both picking up and returning the car went smoothly. We noticed there were many people renting cars in Christchurch, and the staff seemed relatively few.

Overall service was average. We were not attended to for half a day and had to actively seek out staff. The pickup process was self-operated at a kiosk, but the car's condition was excellent.

Waited an entire day to get the car, very frustrating. The rental company said it wasn't their responsibility. If it's not theirs, then whose? We lost a day's worth of our journey and had to rearrange the entire trip. Who will compensate for this loss? Extremely dissatisfied, would not recommend renting from this company.

Overall satisfactory service, but the wait time for picking up the car was quite long.
