We were in a hurry and didn't argue with them, partly because of the language barrier. It seemed impossible to hold such a large amount, so we didn't pursue it further. The GPS provided by the rental service was mediocre; our phone worked better. They gave us a Jeep with over 60,000 km, and its condition was really poor.

The staff were okay. Their attitude and speed were acceptable. However, I booked a PASSAT or a similar model but was given a SUZUKI instead. They didn’t have a Passat. The Suzuki was not at the same level as the Passat and had over 60,000 kilometers on it. The car was just okay. Compared to other companies' cars, this one didn't feel new.
