Picking up the car at San Francisco Airport was very smooth, and returning it was also quite convenient.

The initial car we ordered wasn’t Suitable as convertible not spacious enou For luggage & wheelchair completely OUR FAULT for ordering wrong type of car. Alamo staff quickly rectified situation providing us with more spacious BMW which was much more suitable with excellent satnav

At the end unfortunately we did not get the car what we wanted, but we got the same size same power it was great, we covered 2 thousands miles we dropped it off to a different branch, it was all smooth well done Alamo and EasyRentCars!

Car was big and sufficient in size. It took around 40 mins to get into the car as they wanted to upgrade the car but the price started at 95 dollars a day. We said we would only consider an extra 25 dollars and the lowest they would offer was 40 dollars. Only extra was that the upgrade was a 4 wheel drive.

Like: Price and vehicle were great.
Dislike: The vehicle could have been cleaner, obviously a quick turn around spot for rental cars!
