Despite purchasing a full insurance package, both branches charged insurance fees without verification (they didn't even bother to promote it), consumption tax, terminal usage fees, and fuel fees. They also overcharged me for an extra day of rental. Hertz's customer service was great. The car pickup was very quick and convenient. The car was very new. I booked a Corolla on the North Island, but upon pickup, I found out I was upgraded to an SUV. The driving experience was great, and I am very satisfied.

Overall good, the store is right inside the airport, making it convenient with simple procedures. I had already bought full insurance on Zuzhu.com, so I just mentioned that when they tried to offer additional insurance. The car was relatively new. However, the queue was a bit long, and the speed was slow due to the crowd.
