The tire had a leak. They just inflated it and said the problem was solved, refused to change the car. After a day, the tire went flat again, had to go to a repair shop to fix it! Extremely irresponsible!
Car had been in prior accident and didn't handle perfectly on curves but was fine overall. 2-shuttle process to get to pick up location. Address given for drop off did not match up with Google maps, so I'm glad we weren't in a hurry to make our flight. Customer service was very good. Office and bathroom were dirty. Nevertheless a very good value for the price.
Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back.
We had so much fun! Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
