About 25 days after returning the car, unexplained charges appeared. Even now, over a month later, I can't determine the cause, which is disappointing.
The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly.
Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.
Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back.
We had so much fun! Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
