This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

Difficulty in finding the location. Had to change 2 shuttles.

Ms. Vicky at the counter was courteous, professional and friendly. Kudos to her.

Car had been in prior accident and didn't handle perfectly on curves but was fine overall. 2-shuttle process to get to pick up location. Address given for drop off did not match up with Google maps, so I'm glad we weren't in a hurry to make our flight. Customer service was very good. Office and bathroom were dirty. Nevertheless a very good value for the price.

They upgraded our car to a Jeep Wrangler. It was great!

Like: I got an excellent price for my rental vehicle, and they upgraded me for free. It was awesome
Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate
