There was no information when they deducted the loss fee from the credit card, and it was very slow. They also didn't inform users about the details of the charges. Had to contact Zuzuche to urge Europcar for detailed information.
Like: The service of the staff was great. He was helpful and changed the return location when I told him about my accommodation location. Dislike: No much choice for 6-7 seaters SUV or MPV.
Like: Car rented was in good condition , drove for more than 700km with no problem. Staff was friendly and efficient:)
