They don't handle the paperwork on site. They said they'd drive us to their office to complete the paperwork, but it was really just to drop us off. We actually completed everything in the car at their office. It wasted our time and they lied to us. When returning the car, they even cursed at me and said they'd throw the contract at me.
The car was extremely dirty and smelled awful. Our child got car sick, probably because of the smell. We specifically requested two child seats but only got one. We had to waste time going to Walmart to get another one. We tried to communicate with the platform twice to pick up the car between 9-10 AM, but the order on the app wouldn't go through, so we ended up picking it up at 8 AM and got delayed again...
The pickup location is far, there was no answer when I called to return the car, the place is hard to find, and customer service is unreachable. Very poor experience.
Virtual car rental. Agent met me at arrivals, and then at the end of the rental at departures. Seamless and convenient.
