Efficient service, but limited vehicle options

Getting the car through a self-service machine was very quick. During the trip, the car prompted for an oil change, and we easily swapped it for another one at a different location. Alamo staff were very nice and the process was quick. When returning the car, the staff just asked if everything was okay. After confirming, we left the keys and received the bill, which was very fast. Highly commendable.

Perfect, you can choose from over ten 7-seater Dodge cars. I picked one with the plate number 8888 and only drove a few hundred miles.

Everything went relatively smoothly. However, I don't understand why they charged me over $150 for fuel when picking up the car...? They told me I could return the car with an empty tank… but a full tank of gas costs only around $40! This is practically extortion! I strongly demand an explanation and a refund!
