It's better to choose a Chinese company that offers pick-up and drop-off services. These companies have too many tricks!
We had already purchased full insurance, but they insisted I only had basic insurance. They charged an extra 20 yuan per day for insurance and forced us to buy the gas in the tank. Although we used only a small amount, they refused to refund the money.
