Rented a car from QEEQ for 3 days, traveled through Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Port Macquarie, Central C

Shouqi Car Rental in Melbourne actually uses Europcar, and I have to mention that the staff had a terrible attitude. My English isn't great, and when I didn’t understand a couple of sentences, the staff kept rolling their eyes at me. Later, when I had more questions and went back to the office, their reaction was like 'Oh no, not this person again!' They answered my questions while complaining to their colleagues. The entire experience was very unsatisfactory.

Very convenient and easy to book a car. Not needing to read through a bunch of English terms saves a lot of hassle.

I just don't know when the $100 deposit they deducted when I picked up the car will be refunded.

The car was in great condition, very efficient, extremely satisfied!

They overcharged me, saying the gas station was too far from the airport. It was actually just a few kilometers away. I refueled at a station not far from the airport because I wasn’t familiar with the area.
