The line was very long, took almost three hours. When it was our turn, there were no cars available, waited for another hour. No place for family to wait, sat outside, child had a fever, told them but it was no use. Waiting outside worsened the illness, later spent over a thousand dollars for medical treatment. The front desk clerk was watching movies the whole time, worst customer service I've experienced in the US. After finally getting a car, a fault light came on after 20 minutes, had to go back to exchange it, reached the hotel at dawn. Is this really the second largest car rental company in the US? More like the second to last.
Poor vehicle condition; the car couldn't start during the trip, and they only provided jump-starting service. I had to take the risk of driving over 100 kilometers to exchange the car. The company showed no apology or compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused to the customer.
