I'm absolutely furious. We booked a car through the rental platform and got the most comprehensive insurance beforehand. When we got there and wanted to add an extra driver, they required us to buy insurance for the driver. We had previously rented cars in the US and Australia, and it went smoothly. We consulted the rental platform, and they confirmed that we could simply add a driver without having to buy insurance, as we already had it for the car. However, the store staff disagreed. A very beautiful lady, but with a terrible attitude, argued with us for the whole morning. The rental company's customer service also called to help communicate. Finally, we decided not to add the driver. The staff agreed and simply crossed out the additional fee with a pen, without printing a new contract. Trusting Europeans to be honest, we didn't object. When we returned the car, we found out they never changed it in the computer system, and we still ended up with the insurance!

Budget rental company is disgusting. Arrived early and no one informed me. They charged an extra hour after return. Trash service. If I arrive early, don't give me the car. If there's an extra charge, inform me. Almost 40 euros per hour, what a rip-off. Extremely disgusting.

The counter staff engaged in fraudulent sales. They tricked me into upgrading a 1500 car to 5000.

Long lines and slow service. Couldn't get a car at the price booked on QEEQ. They push for additional purchases, otherwise, no car! Clearly, there is an issue with the partnership between QEEQ and BUDGET, causing problems for consumers.

They didn't have the car I booked and demanded I pay for an upgrade or take a lower-tier car!
