Not satisfied. I booked a Jeep, but upon arrival, there were only a few cars to choose from, and the only SUV available was a Buick. After checking, it costs 125,900, which is not in line with my rental price.
Unreasonable price increase! I chose to pay at the store, and then they added various charges. I told them my US credit card includes rental car insurance, but the female staff still forced me to buy additional insurance or I wouldn't be able to pick up the car. The original order was only over $400, but I ended up paying over $800! Contacted the rental car service customer support, but they couldn't resolve it. Finally switched to AVIS. Overall, a huge waste of time! Never go to Thrifty! The bad reviews online are true!
