Very satisfied, great attitude, and met someone from Chengdu.

The company is run by Chinese people and provides explanations in Chinese throughout the process. The location for night drop-off is hard to find, causing a delay. Because we were 3 minutes late, an extra 5 hours of rental fee, $25, was charged. This price is much higher than the one we booked on Zuzuche, which feels a bit unfair.

The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the gentleman who helped with the car return. He was exceptionally good.

Great experience. I would recommend to everybody.
