The staff made us wait an additional hour, which was quite rigid, even after we explained the situation. They didn't really understand and insisted we match their schedule instead. 2. The car rental process was also slow. Despite two counters, only one was open. European customers behind us seemed unperturbed, indicating this might be a norm.

Straightforward

They threatened us with exorbitant charges, stating that even minor paint damage could cost up to 500 euros. They claimed the insurance from the car rental platform couldn't cover it and pushed us to buy their own full insurance for several hundred euros.

I rented a car for two days, and the total cost was nearly 2000 yuan. The price was high, the car's condition was average, and the service was mediocre. I will choose a big car rental company next time.
