There was only one employee at the counter who prioritized members, so I had to wait for an hour. I booked a RAV4 but got a Ford Edge instead. Despite having already paid through the platform, the store charged me again. It's been over a month and the platform still claims they are negotiating a refund. I don't understand why!

Terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional AVIS station at JFK. I will never use it again. People waiting over an hour at 11PM after trans-Atlantic flights, tired, indifferent employees who couldn't care less. Shameful.

1. The location was easy to find, instructions were very clear when booking the car. 2. The process of renting and returning the car was very simple, especially returning the car. Initially, I thought it would take some time, but an African American guy just walked around the car, checked the dashboard (probably to see if the fuel was full), and then said OK, and it was done.
