A small pebble caused a tiny dent the size of a fingernail, and they charged 464 euros for the repair! They also claimed it was the lowest possible fee! They initially agreed to a 10 euro daily upgrade fee, but upon return, they insisted on 20 euros per day!

The service was actually quite good. They patiently answered our questions, and there were staff members at the pickup point.

Picking up and dropping off the car at Frankfurt T1 was very convenient. Simple procedures. I rented a Passat wagon, but actually received a new Toyota diesel wagon. When returning the car, I noticed a small scratch on the trunk, but the staff generously said no need for compensation. Very satisfied.

When I returned, I noticed that the price was different from what I booked online. I was in a hurry and didn't ask at the time. The car was a Skoda; I expected a Mercedes.
