Had an excellent experience with Highland Car Rental. Bought full insurance at the store without any upselling. The staff was very considerate and even noticed it was my teammate's birthday. After picking up the car, we started an exhilarating journey. The mountain roads were quite manageable, though a bit narrow. The entire trip ended without any fines, which was very satisfying. Kudos!
Very good. I booked an automatic car, but they initially gave us a manual one. After providing feedback about the mistake, they quickly made the adjustment. The insurance purchased at the store was not expensive either. I booked a sedan but was given an SUV, and the traffic rules were also manageable.
The toll free number said it was okay to pick up the car 30 mins earlier... But the folks at the counter didn't release the car a minute sooner than booking time.
