When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that many rental counters were closed. It was 4 pm, and maybe they had left early because there were no reservations. The Suria counter had someone waiting solely for me!
Car was good. Staff was good. Pick-up at klia2 to klia1 was good , and vice versa.
Best if they could set-up a office at klia2 for those who lands at klia2. Just a suggestion
