The wait time to pick up the car was extremely long. The car was in poor condition, the tires were misaligned, and it was not given to us with a full tank, making refueling very inconvenient when returning the car.
It's okay. They picked us up at the airport and took us to the car rental location promptly. Quick and efficient car collection and return, all done in a few minutes.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR
