Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

The condition of the car asthetically was bad. Scratches and dings around the car. Booked a Toyota kluger but ended with a Nissan Pathfinder which was dated and old.

The staff were lovely at Aucar, they were super helpful and polite. I pre arranged for a certain type of car to fit everything in. Both vehicles requested were there all ready for us. We did have a sheriff question us about some outstanding warrants on the vehicle but nothing came of it, and the car wasn’t seized thankfully. Both cars tyres hardly had any tread on them and one tyre constantly lost air. We filled it each day.
