You need to take a special tram to pick up the car, the instructions are very clear.

Due to a delayed flight, our car pickup time was changed. Customer service responded promptly and helped us reschedule the pickup time with the store. After landing, we followed the instructions and easily found the Avis pickup spot. There were few people in line, and the salesperson did not push any insurance. Overall, we were very satisfied.

No Chinese service encountered. Pick-up time was one day earlier than scheduled (damn time difference), so an extra day's fee was added. The rental car had no power the next day and required a call for assistance.

The vehicle is new, and the service attitude is great.

Picking up the car in San Francisco was very convenient, possibly because it was early and there were no queues. Chrysler's Town and Country has immense space; it fit our group of 5 people, 5 large suitcases, and 2 small suitcases. Truly an American car—big!
