The pick up was a total disaster. The only company with a line. Not that long, maybe eight people in front of me, and it took an hour. Horrible experience

We encountered such upselling and only realized the incorrect charges after seeing the payment amount, requiring us to request a cancellation.
Very good. I booked a Ford Focus, but there were no cars available at the store. The staff said they only had Nissan cars, not the model we wanted. There were many Chevrolet Malibu cars parked in the same area. I asked about them, and the staff said we could switch for an additional $230 (for ten days). We ended up switching cars.
