They immediately tried to sell insurance and push a daily EZpass fee. The car was quite old, and I had to change the car three times before getting the model I reserved. I won't rent from Thrifty or Dollar again.

Unjustified charges

They said they could only provide an electric car, even though we had specified we were going to Canada. We had no choice but to upgrade for $30 a day and the only option was a pickup truck. The truck bed had no cover, so we had to keep our luggage in the back seat. It guzzled gas, so we changed our plans and went to the airport to swap cars after eight days. We then got a Toyota Venza.

I would say it's just average.

Everything went fine. The car was perfect and the staff was very efficient. The only little problem I experienced was a long waiting time at Boston airport but I was anyway satisfied

I found the best rate and I was also positively surprised by the fact that I didn't had to pay anything in advance
