Everyone, please be careful with the Budget car rental store. I've rented cars many times, and this is the first time I've encountered hidden charges that I was unaware of, which were forcefully added. I've applied for after-sales service, and a week has passed with no resolution. Where is the efficiency?
One staff member on my two rentals was excellent, but the other who tried to sell insurance and failed was quite unhappy, so it really depends on the person. Still better than Dollar.
The attitude was acceptable, but they didn’t provide the car model I needed and even asked for an upgrade fee. I was too lazy to argue, otherwise, I would have pushed back. I won't use them again in the future.
