I always rent from this company; the cars are in good condition and fairly new.

When I returned the car, they wouldn't allow me to check my personal belongings inside. After handing over the car, they drove it away. I waited at Chopin Airport for 20 minutes. My bag, containing my Chinese driver's license and its translation, was supposedly not found. I'm a long-time customer of this rental company, but this experience was particularly terrible! Far worse than usual! I advise all Chinese friends not to use this company! My bag didn't even contain any money, yet they claimed it wasn't in the car! I've already requested after-sales support! Don't assume foreigners are more ethical, really! They're not better than us Chinese!

The counter at the Gdansk Airport in Poland is conveniently located right in the hall after customs! Great service! They speak English!

Staff were horrific. Europcar accepted rental for 11.30pm booking, arrived at 11.27 and the guy took as long as possible in those 3 minutes then told us we would have to pay an extra late fee, despite the booking saying 11.30pm.
